Training Needs
Training is of imperative importance to the group equipping its staff with knowledge and skills to better utilize them, both in their current positions or any other positions they might hold in the future.
Training needs – individual and group – are identified predominantly via the assessment system in place in collaboration with the respective department manager and the Human resources department.
Training Programs
To meet the training need the group organizes educational programs with internal and external trainers. In addition we offer internal coaching / mentoring programs for newly hired staff and for the development of existing staff. Simultaneously we pay great attention to the development of leadership, team-building and communication skills embarking on educational team-building games. |
